Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange any product within two weeks of receipt, without a return authorization.
The returned merchandise must be in original condition (including the box, tag and warranty). Otherwise we cannot accept the return.
We will refund your purchase price less $5.95 for shipping and a $10.00 restocking fee, to help defray our costs. We give full refunds for refurbished watches and defective products.
Please include the following information so we can identify the return or exchange as yours:
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
(if possible)
- Order Number

Use a trackable courier, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation (not Signature Confirmation). If we cannot locate your return, and you cannot provide tracking information, we cannot give a refund.
