Method. Shipments within the 48 states are usually via U.S. Priority Mail (with tracking number and Delivery Confirmation), otherwise by UPS ground, from Natick, Massachusetts 01760, near Boston. Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 days anywhere in the continental U.S. UPS takes 1 day to Massachusetts, and up to 5 days to the West Coast. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via USPS Priority Mail. At checkout, you can request UPS 3d day or 2d day shipping for an extra charge.
Confirmation. Upon shipment, whether by USPS or UPS, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. For UPS, you can see the delivery date and track your package at ups.com.
Price. There is a flat fee of $5.95 for the first item ordered. We charge $1.95 for each different product ordered, to cover shipping and handling.
Free Shipping. All watches ship free, and all orders for Swiss Army knives over $75.00 ship free within the continental United States. You may save money by buying more and qualifying for free shipping.
Shipping Time (In Stock). We do our best to keep all (250+) Victorinox products, and the 50 most popular Wenger watches and knives, in stock. Items in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. Wenger Outdoor Gear (tents, sleeping bags, backpacks) in stock ship directly to you from the manufacturer by UPS.
Shipping Time (Not In Stock). We place orders every other day with Victorinox and Wenger, and ship immediately upon receipt. Victorinox ships to us in 1-3 business days, and Wenger in 3-5 business days.
Expedited. You can expedite your shipment if your product is in stock. Under Comments in the online order form, specify "Ship via UPS Next Day [2d Day] [or 3d Day]". The additional charge is shown at checkout.
