SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the 50 states, with no minimum order size. Shipping is
via UPS Mail Innovations. Allow 4-9 days for delivery from Boston, MA. You can upgrade
to Priority Mail (3-5 days) or UPS 3d day, 2d day or Next Day. International shipments
are fast via DHL. You will see the cost before submitting your order.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship anywhere in the world! (Excludes outdoor and travel gear.)
Just enter your country in the drop down as you check out, and you will see your
delivered cost, including shipping via DHL and your country's taxes, if any. Bongo
International handles our international shipments and is very reliable.
RETURNS
You can return any product within two weeks (or in January for holiday purchases)
for a full refund. You do not need prior authorization. PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL
CONDITION, however, with the box and all tags and documentation intact.
Please use a trackable shipping method so you can prove delivery, and include your

EXCHANGES
You can exchange any product using the same instructions as for RETURNS. Please
include your order number, what product(s) you would like instead, and we will give
you a refund or charge you the difference.
ENGRAVING
Engraved Swiss Army knives and watches make great gifts for only $6.95. You can
add engraving when you order engravable products to your cart.
Click here to see all engraveable knives and watches. For knives,
we engrave the side with the logo with up to 17 characters. For watches, we engrave
3 initials on the clasp of metal watchbands.
WATCHBANDS
We sell Wenger and Victorinox Swiss Army watchbands at discount prices. Just email

the number on the back of your watch, and we will quote you for the matching band.
WHOLESALE
We give businesses wholesale pricing. Just email us ( service@swissoutpost.com)

charge wholesale customers shipping at cost.
