The Avalanche has been one of our all time bestsellers. We highly recommend this beautiful watch: it is made in Switzerland of solid stainless steel with 18K gold plated links. Refurbished watches are new or like new - we cannot tell the difference. If you can find another gold Swiss watch under $60, grab it! The refurbished model is exactly as shown, except that it says "Swiss Military" on the dial, has 12 hour time, and has a faint # pattern on the dial. Like all Avalanches, this model is Swiss made with Swiss quartz movement accurate to 1/10 of a second per day. A unidirectional rotating bezel measures elapsed time. There is a day/date display (in several languages). The Avalanche is water resistant to a full 100 meters/330 feet, with a stainless steel screw down back for an extra watertight seal. The mineral crystal is scratch resistant. Hands, numerals and markers are all luminous, and recharge in seconds in bright light. As stated, the bracelet is stainless steel and 18 karat gold plated, with a diver's buckle and safety clasp. Swiss Army knife logo and one year warranty. Return it for any reason or no reason.

Method. Shipments within the 48 states by default are by USPS First Class mail with shipment and delivery confirmation from Natick, Massachusetts 01760, near Boston. You can upgrade to US Priority Mail (1-3 days anywhere in the continental U.S.), or to UPS which shows progress en route. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via USPS.
Confirmation. After pickup by USPS or UPS, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. USPS only shows delivery confirmation, not pick-up and progress en route. With UPS, you can see the delivery date and track your package at ups.com.
Price. Shipping for Swiss Army knives is $5.95, regardless of the size of your order. Watches ship free. Wenger Outdoor Gear ships from the factory via UPS Ground at cost (not $5.95).
Free Shipping. All watches and all knife orders over $75.00 ship free within the continental United States. Exceptions: Hawaii and Alaska are at cost less $5.95. Wenger Outdoor Gear is at cost. You may save money by buying more to quality for free shipping.
Shipping Time (In Stock). Most products are in stock, with the number available shown in the site. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Outdoor gear ships directly to you from the manufacturer in 2 business days.
Shipping Time (Not In Stock). We place orders twice per week with Wenger and Victorinox, and ship immediately upon receipt. Wenger usually delivers to us 2 days after we order, and Victorinox 3 days after we order. So we ship most Victorinox products not in stock within one week of your order. You will receive an email if we order your product.
Expedited. You can expedite your shipment at checkout to Next Day (UPS or Express Mail), UPS 2d day, UPS 3d day and Priority Mail (1-3 days anywhere in the U.S.).
Alaska and Hawaii. We ship by the least expensive method at cost or, if you otherwise qualified for free shipping, cost less $5.95.

We no longer ship small orders outside of the United States, due to high customs fees, delays in customs, and a high level of attempted fraud.
We Accept International Wholesale Orders
Internationally, at wholesale, we sell Wenger watches and Swiss Army knives. We are not allowed to and never ship Swiss Army watches outside the U.S. We ship at cost using United States Post Office International Global Express, which is inexpensive and fast, or UPS if you prefer.
You can calculate the exact cost at USPS.com from Natick, MA 01760 USA. Use 1 pound for knives and most watches. The Post Office assigns a tracking number. We have shipped many international packages successfully, but you assume the risk of loss after shipment.

| Returns and Exchanges |
You may return or exchange any product within two weeks of receipt, without a return authorization.
The returned merchandise must be in original condition (including the box, tag and warranty). Otherwise we cannot accept the return.
We will refund your credit card the price of the product returned. If we shipped to you free, we will need to charge you $5.95 for shipping.
We give full refunds for refurbished watches and defective products.
